HOW IT WORKS

What we supply

If your organization approves contractors before they can start work, we are set up for it. Send us your requirements with an enquiry and we will return the paperwork. Approval and pricing can run at the same time, so you are not waiting on one to start the other.

The standard set, issued to your entity with the wording your agreement needs. Certificate of insurance, with your additional insured wording W-9 for supplier setup and payment Contractor license details, CSLB (California State License Board) #1136510, verifiable with the state board Safety procedures and method statements Scope documents describing what will be done and what you receive

Tell us these at the start rather than on the first visit, and nothing gets held up. The contracting entity name and address Your insurance requirements and limits Which approval system or platform you use Whether an agreement or purchase order is needed before work starts Billing contact, and the site contact for access Any site rules such as badging, induction or restricted hours Many portfolio owners require contractors to be registered and current in a compliance platform before work can be scheduled. Requirements differ by platform and by client, so tell us which one you use and we will work through it rather than assume a standard set applies.

Every crew we send is employed by us, trained on our equipment and covered by our insurance. Wash water is contained and disposed of properly rather than left to reach the nearest storm drain, and you get a written record of method and disposal after every visit.

Why a schedule

Scheduled beats reactive

A schedule costs less than an emergency callout. Our crews set a cleaning interval around your traffic, your surfaces and your operating hours, then hold to it.

Our Process

How a job runs, start to finish

01

Site Walkthrough

A supervisor walks the property with you and records surface types, square footage, drainage points, access hours and any existing damage.

02

Written Scope

You get a written scope within 24 hours naming the cleaning method for each surface, with a fixed price set against it. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

03

Scheduling

The work is booked into your operating hours, usually overnight or before opening, so parking, loading and foot traffic keep moving.

04

Work and Record

Our own crews do the work, with drains covered and runoff recovered, and you receive dated photographs and the disposal record afterwards.
