Commercial Storm-Drain Maintenance

HOW IT WORKS

A schedule costs less than an emergency

We keep commercial storm drains clear on a set schedule, so water drains properly when it rains. Catch basins, area drains and drainage lines fill up with dirt, leaves and debris over time. When they block, water backs up into parking areas, walkways and loading zones. We clear them before that happens, and give you a photo record of every visit.

Most drain work is bought in a hurry. Something floods, someone calls a contractor, and the bill arrives unplanned in the middle of a working day. On a schedule, we survey your drains once, agree how often they need clearing, and come back on that cycle. You know the cost in advance We work around your opening hours Problems are found before they flood You have paperwork showing the property is maintained

How quickly your drains fill depends on the property. A busy logistics yard collects far more dirt than an office car park, so we set the schedule to suit the site. Every month, for sites that collect a lot of dirt Every quarter, which suits most retail and office properties Before the rainy season, so drains are clear when it matters After a big storm, to clear whatever the rain washed in

You receive a short report for each visit. It is the paperwork you need when an owner asks whether the property is being maintained, or when an inspector asks for proof. Which drains we cleared What condition they were in Photos taken before and after Anything we found that needs attention

Why a schedule

Scheduled beats reactive

A schedule costs less than an emergency callout. Our crews set a cleaning interval around your traffic, your surfaces and your operating hours, then hold to it.

Our Process

How a job runs, start to finish

01

Site Walkthrough

A supervisor walks the property with you and records surface types, square footage, drainage points, access hours and any existing damage.

02

Written Scope

You get a written scope within 24 hours naming the cleaning method for each surface, with a fixed price set against it. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

03

Scheduling

The work is booked into your operating hours, usually overnight or before opening, so parking, loading and foot traffic keep moving.

04

Work and Record

Our own crews do the work, with drains covered and runoff recovered, and you receive dated photographs and the disposal record afterwards.

If you have a blockage right now

Standing water during a storm cannot wait for a scheduled visit. Tell us where the property is and what is happening, and we will call you back.

More than one property

If you look after several sites, we can put them all on one agreement with one schedule, one invoice and one person to call. You still get a separate report for each location.

What we need from you

To give you a price we need a few details. If you do not know how many drains are on site, that is fine. We will find out when we survey it.

  • The property address and roughly how big it is
  • Whether you have had flooding or slow drainage
  • What hours we are able to work
  • Anything that affects access, such as gates or barriers
