What you get
One contractor, one agreement and one person to call for exterior cleaning and drain maintenance across all your properties. Managing sites separately means the same job costs different amounts at different properties, and nobody can say for certain which ones are actually being maintained. One agreement fixes that.
What you get
Every property runs to the same standard, and you get one place to see all of it. The same scope of work at every location One schedule planned across all sites One invoice, with costs still shown per property A separate report for each site A summary across the whole portfolio One person responsible for all of it
Both services on one agreement
Most contractors do exterior cleaning or drains, not both. We do both, so they can be done on the same visit and reported together. Commercial Pressure Washing Buildings, concrete, car parks, loading docks, walkways and glass. Storm-Drain Maintenance Catch basins, area drains and drainage lines, cleared on a schedule.
Which setup fits you
Most portfolios fall into one of these. We will tell you which fits after we look at the sites. Retail and multi-tenant Centres and multi-tenant properties, where work has to fit around trading hours. Recurring maintenance A set scope on a set frequency, so it becomes a planned budget line. Regional accounts Wider coverage with the same scope everywhere and one point of contact.
Scheduled beats reactive
A schedule costs less than an emergency callout. Our crews set a cleaning interval around your traffic, your surfaces and your operating hours, then hold to it.
How a job runs, start to finish
Site Walkthrough
A supervisor walks the property with you and records surface types, square footage, drainage points, access hours and any existing damage.
Written Scope
You get a written scope within 24 hours naming the cleaning method for each surface, with a fixed price set against it. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Scheduling
The work is booked into your operating hours, usually overnight or before opening, so parking, loading and foot traffic keep moving.
Work and Record
Our own crews do the work, with drains covered and runoff recovered, and you receive dated photographs and the disposal record afterwards.
Getting set up as a supplier
Most portfolio owners need suppliers approved before work can start. We can work through whichever approval system you use.
What we need from you
We usually price a portfolio from a few representative sites rather than visiting every one.
- How many properties there are and where
- Roughly how big each one is
- Which services you need, and how often
- Any access restrictions or supplier requirements
What our clients say
“We had an issue with water draining in the trench drain and a clogged pipe preventing water to drain to the street at our dealership… Responsive, attended a last minute call, convenient to work with and makes sure you are satisfied.”
“I reached out to PowerWashCo last minute for drain cleaning services, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome… Not only did they efficiently vacuum the hazardous oil residue and clear the flooded storm drain, they also pressure wash our gas station that night.”
“We needed our 7-11 gas station’s gas island and canopy cleaned, and we came across PowerWashCo on Google. After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance on them, and I’m glad I did… I highly recommend PowerWashCo for your cleaning needs.”
