What we look for
Most of our field roles do not require prior pressure washing experience. They require showing up, working safely, and caring what the finished job looks like. We train the rest.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean record for roles that involve driving
- Comfort working early mornings, nights, or weekends, since most commercial sites are cleaned outside their operating hours
- Willingness to follow safety and environmental procedures exactly, because they are what keeps our license and our clients’ compliance intact
- Reliability, which matters more here than experience
