How a job runs, start to finish
We walk the site
A supervisor walks the property with you and records surface types, square footage, drainage points, access hours and any existing damage.
We scope it in writing
You get a written scope within 24 hours naming the cleaning method for each surface, with a fixed price set against it. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
We do the work
Our own crews work the agreed window, usually overnight or before opening, with drains covered and runoff recovered before any water is used.
We hand over the record
You receive job photographs and a disposal record for the visit, which is what an insurer or a stormwater inspector will ask to see.

We scope the property before we price it. Instead of a standard package, the crew works to a method chosen per surface, in the hours the site can give us, with the containment and disposal recorded on the way out.
